Commercial refrigeration system fan motors use a lot of power. This is especially problematic in vaporator fans, because excess power is converted to heat, which the compressor must extract. It is critical to make fan motors as efficient as possible. That’s why Unada’s EC motors maintain high efficiency – up to70 percent – over a very wide range of loads.
