Pooling decades of experience in the development of electrically commutated motors, UNADA’s founders discovered a solution to the HVAC/R industry most pressing technical and supply chain challenges. Believing that employing the right equipment for each application is the key to reliability, durability, and efficiency, we designed and built a fully customizable product platform.

As engineers working within a new, customer-centered business model, we were unhindered by concerns about marketing and share prices, focusing instead on creating a line of flexible motors that could be tailored for any cooling need.

The way we saw it, cooling and refrigeration manufacturers, suppliers and technicians needed better products, better support, and greater input on product development. With an eye toward these customer needs, UNADA expert engineers created the UC Series motor as well as a collaborative development process that gives customers a voice and a stake in product improvements and development.

As a startup, UNADA devoted its resources to product development, relying on a traditional distributor model for distribution. Now that our diversified, state-of-the-art production facilities are fully operational and vertically integrated, we are taking an active role in customer care. By selling directly to OEMs we can deliver greater flexibility in ordering, warehousing, marketing, collaborative engineering, and end-customer service. Most importantly we can empower our customers with unfiltered engineering support, bring the team closer to the people who actually use our products establishes creative synergies that deliver tangible and sustainable value.

Customizable to the Core

We don’t pretend to be solutions experts. We want to give you access to tools and support you need to do what you do best. UNADA’s transparent business and development model has enabled UNADA’s core building blocks to evolve. We know a lot about motors and fans, and our customers are the experts in their field, so the logical answer was simply to design products that are customizable to the core, and let our customers create the solutions they need. Once we built our superior programmable EC motors, all we had to do was provide access to this customization through a range of plug and play tools for the developer through to the field engineers.

Our Factory

UNADA’s production facilities in Southeast Asia are among the most advanced in the world, harnessing the power of manufacturing automation. Vertical integration brings all production tasks and processes under our sole control. We ensure quality at every step by owning the entire process, from injection molding to packaging. We are nimble and capable of altering designs, components, and assemblies to respond immediately to shifts in demand, regulatory directives, emerging technology, and customer desires.
